L’Avenue Shanghai is located in the heart of the Changning district (Puxi), one of the wealthiest residential districts of Shanghai and also one of its main CBDs.

The building, which is LEED Gold certified, has won multiple awards including the 2013 Asia MIPIM Gold Mixed-Use Award due to its signature architecture and very high standards.
